There is a critical deliverable that your client expects from you:Prepare and deliver a persuasive, 15- to 20-minute power point visual presentation to be given to the top management staff for distribution warehouse with 300 employees in one location.Describe how HR should balance its administrative tasks with its strategic focus. Some of the top staff is adamantly opposed to outsourcing HR functions. However, the company wants to keep its HR department at 5 or less employees. Make recommendations based on what you have learned in your MSHRM program.
